No pressure sales, competitive pricing, quick repair diagnostics appointment, quick installation appointment and excellent communication throughout. Ray made purchasing easy and had my installation booked within a week. The gas fitters (Waleed & Mahyar) were so friendly and professional. The job wasn’t easy, but they went above and beyond to get it done. Truly outstanding customer service. Would highly recommend!Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. From our initial interaction with the owner Ray, who guided us through the selection process and quotation through to completion of the installation by Wally and Mario, the whole company are very proficient and professional. The actual furnace installation was excellent, including small details which indicate the installers take pride in their work. After completing the installation, they spent the time necessary to adjust the operating parameters of the furnace to ensure it worked seamlessly. The high efficiency Napoleon furnace we purchased runs very quietly and we’ll need more time to assess the energy consumption reductions. Overall I can’t recommend this company strongly enough and wouldn’t hesitate to use them in the future.Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We met with Ray at the showroom, he was extremely knowledgeable and directed us to the Fireplace that best suited our needs. Wally and Mario installed the Fireplace, they were very professional, polite and left the work area clean. Wally took time to make sure we understood how the fireplace worked and made sure it was operating properly before they left. I would recommend UC Guelph.Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I needed a new furnace and after meeting with different companies and getting quotes, Ray at Ultra Comfort was great from beginning to end. He not once pressured me and gave me time to make the decision. He got back to me with answers of any questions I had. So professional, knowledgeable. The technicians were so amazing, professional and made my install a pleasant experience. You will not regret using Ray and his team at Ultra Comfort. :) one of the best customer experience I have encountered.Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Buy Canadian and save. Had a Napoleon furnace installed, and saved over $3K on my total invoice over a comparable quote on a Carrier unit with combined with a tankless water heater. UC came and installed both units. Installers were professional, timely, and got the job done right the first time. Happy with the service.Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Good friendly people, showed up for the furnace/AC installation as promised. Were willing to explain and answer many questions. I would recommend UC Experts to anyone.Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had my A/C unit replaced and the service was great. Ray was just awesome, he responded so quickly and provided me with a variety of quotes based on the different units available. The price was very reasonable. He went above and beyond by replacing the unit earlier than scheduled because of the heat wave that hit us. The technician was quick, efficient and courteous. Ultra Comfort was recommended to me by a friend and I am more than happy to recommend them here and to anyone who asks.Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
